Houston's energy corridor is not only seeing improvements in transportation infrastructure (road widening and new sidewalks), a construction boomlet, and the opening of a new restaurant seemingly every few weeks; financial institutions are also setting up new locations to serve the ever growing Energy Corridor workforce and new or future residents of luxury apartments that have recently been completed or will soon open their doors.
