Schlumberger's new address on Enclave Parkway (updated)

Jan 3, 2013 UPDATE: According to a report by Houston Biz Journal, Schlumberger has leased the reminder of the available floor space at 1200 Enclave Pkwy.

Long-term lease signed last year for most but not all of 150K+ square feet floor space at 1200 Enclave Parkway Class A Office property, with building naming rights, apparently. Schlumberger's name is already prominently on display at roof level.

The property is located next to a small Pocket Park with historic graves (Beeler family cemetery) and across a lake with fountain and abundant ducks and geese. Nice park-like corporate neighborhood that is also becoming more and more ped-bike friendly, as sidewalk construction project on Buffalo-Bayou-facing side of Enclave Parkway is nearing completion. 

At least one entire floor remains vacant at the 1200 Enclave Pkwy property and available for lease. Last year the whole building was on the market.
