Cafe Express makes debut in Energy Corridor with new restaurant location at Enclave & Eldridge Pkwy

Having teased Energy Corridor denizens with a "coming-soon" sign on a vacant store front at Eldridge and Enclave Parkway for months, if not an entire year, Cafe Express is finally poised to add to the fast casual lunch/dining options in West Houston. According to a job ad in the employment section of the Houston Chronicle the company will open the new location to the public on August 27.
