New Peruvian Concept joins El Matador Mexican Grill & Bar in shopping center on Westheimer near Dairy Ashford, which has seen the opening and closing of multiple restaurants in recent years and has other vacant space for lease. El Matador Grill and Bar offers music and dancing in addition to food and margaritas, and has shown greater staying power than others in that location (most recently Urban Cafe, and La Prima Grill, an Italian Restaurant, for a couple of years or so prior to that).
